BENTON HARBOR, Mich. (WNDU) - One uninvolved bystander was injured, and one involved person was arrested after an apparent shootout in broad daylight in Benton Harbor.

It happened on Saturday in the 600 block of 8th Street at Harbor City Flats apartments.

Police say the uninvolved bystander is currently in stable condition at the hospital.

Officers found one of the people involved in the shootout and arrested him. He has not been identified yet.

Police say they are still looking for the other person involved in the shootout.
