The United States has recently suspended certain sales of critical technologies to China, including those related to the CFM International LEAP-1C engines that power the Comac C919 narrowbody aircraft. According to a report by The Air Current , the suspension of export license approvals now also extends to GE Aerospace engines intended for the Comac C909, formerly known as the ARJ21.
