MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Summer break is a great time for kids to relax and recharge from the hustle and bustle of school.

However, they're also susceptible to summer learning loss.

One Memphis landmark is hoping to help prevent that.

The Children's Museum of Memphis is offering a summer reading challenge for students and their families.

From June 3-July 27th, children can level up their reading skills and enjoy eight weeks of fun literacy activities.

They also have the chance to win prizes, including an all access annual family membership for the museum.

The grand prize is a Nintendo Switch 2.
