ARMANDO QUINTERO JR., 29, waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to District Court May 23 for felony possession of cocaine and driving under the influence of alcohol. On March 9, a black 2011 GMC was pulled over for failing to use a turn signal and speeding through a hospital zone. The driver’s eyes were watery and bloodshot, and he had slurred speech and mumbled his words. He also smelled of alcohol. He admitted to having “a couple drinks.” He said he had a Michelob Ultra and one shot of Patron at Fireside. He later said he had three bottles of Michelob Ultra and a shot of Patron.
