Sam Thompson has said he's 'got to stop crying' as he seemingly debuted a new look while offering a debrief on his gruelling charity challenge.

The former Made in Chelsea star was seen breaking down in tears as he finished a five-day Soccer Aid challenge, that saw him run and cycle a total of 260 miles, on Friday (June 6).

Sam's Match Ball Mission saw him spend last week travelling from Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium in London, the location of last year's Soccer Aid game in aid of Unicef, to Manchester United’s Old Trafford home, which is hosting the 2025 event, to deliver the match ball.

Days on from emotionally completing the challenge, Sam, who appeared to be sporting a darker head of hair and beard, returned to This Morning on Monday (June 9) to chat to Ben Shephard and Cat Deel
