"Since being in Dauphin County Prison, I’ve changed—for the better," said Khaliya Hendricks, who received a diploma from Harrisburg School District. "God has played a huge role in my transformation, and so has J Block. That treatment unit became a safe space for me to reflect, grow and prepare for what’s next."
All of the graduates received their marks from educational programs supported by the facility, Central Dauphin School District and Harrisburg School District.
