Two people were injured in a crash on Interstate 44 near the junction with Highway 50 on Friday afternoon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The highway patrol reported that a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling eastbound at 12:40 p.m. June 6 when it hydroplaned at mile marker 247.2. The Silverado slid across the left lane and off the left side of the road, striking the guardrail with its front. It then returned to the roadway, where it was struck by the front of a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. ×
