The North Stars went 3-0 this past week and have climbed into the final playoff spot in the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League’s Western Conference. Article content Article content

With three games remaining in the regular season, the North Stars are 8-9 and a game up on the Guelph Regals for eighth place in the conference.

The North Stars are in tough Wednesday night when they travel to Orangeville to take on the league-leading Northmen (16-1). Owen Sound will then close out the regular season this weekend with two games at home inside the Durham Community Centre. On Saturday, the North Stars play the London Blue Devils at 4 p.m., and on Sunday, the North Stars take on the Cambridge Highlanders at 4 p.m.
