A Long Island judge who admitted he behaved rudely when he questioned local school officials' decision to bypass his son for valedictorian has agreed to be censured, New York's judicial watchdog said Monday.
The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct’s public discipline of Long Beach City Court Judge Corey E. Klein was also based on a determination that Klein unduly used his judicial influence to have a mechanical boot removed from a professional acquaintance’s car.
