BERNIE, Mo. (KFVS) - The Missouri governor has ordered flags to fly at half-staff in honor of a Bernie police lieutenant who died on duty.

The U.S. and Missouri flags will be flown at half-staff at government buildings in Stoddard County, all police stations, sheriff’s offices and Missouri State Highway Patrol general and troop headquarters across the state on Wednesday, June 11 from sunrise to sunset.
