The 13U North Bay Panthers hit the diamond this past weekend in Orillia, showcasing their grit against strong competition and securing a resounding victory in the process.
The tournament kicked off Friday with a challenging matchup against the Aurora King Jays, one of the top teams in the tournament. The King Jays’ powerful offense proved too much, handing the Panthers an 11-2 loss. Peyton St-Onge contributed two hits and a run, while Cole Roussy scored North Bay’s second run. Pitchers Tanner Lisk, Owen Marson, and Ryerson Davis combined for five strikeouts through five innings of play.
