Two software companies headquartered in Germany have deescalated their antitrust legal battle in the San Francisco federal court while the plaintiff’s litigation plays out.

Hogan Lovells on behalf of process-mining software provider Celonis agreed to immediately withdraw its motion for a preliminary injunction under a joint stipulation where the SAP defendants agreed to certain restraints.
