Wilmington Mayor John Carney announced the appointment of Caroline Klinger as the City’s new Director of Communications.

Klinger succeeds Matt Ford, who stepped back from the position after a successful tenure leading the City’s communications to devote time to personal responsibilities and to pursue a new venture that continues to serve residents of Wilmington and beyond.
