During its Aug. 13 meeting, the South Annville Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved agreements regarding phase three of the land development plan for Candler’s Pointe Development through three motions.

The first motion approved a stormwater management agreement and declaration of easement between Reigerts Lane LLC and South Annville Township, involving Candler’s Pointe Master Association and Candler’s Pointe Homeowners Association, as well as a land development agreement between the LLC and the township.
