One of three people accused of beating and nearly drowning a woman with a developmental disability back in June was arrested over the weekend on an active warrant.
Roswell man Jonathan Silva, 20, who according to court records also goes by the alias Tiffany Valentine, was arrested Saturday and booked at the Chaves County Detention Center (CCDC) on multiple felony counts. These include one count each of kidnapping, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and bribery of a witness. Silva is also charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, conspiracy to commit false imprisonment, conspiracy to commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit bribery of a witness.
