A new program through The Arc of Indiana is helping Hoosiers with intellectual and developmental disabilities learn job skills through hands-on training at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in Indianapolis.

The Arc of Indiana created the Erskine Green Training Institute (EGTI) nearly 10 years ago to prepare its clients for the working world. It expanded this year from Muncie to Indianapolis and is already helping Hoosiers like Connor Tedford.
