On Tuesday, the Rams signed offensive lineman Mike Mcallister to a one-year deal, placed outside linebacker Keir Thomas on Injured Reserve and waived/injured wide receiver Mario Williams.

McAllister first signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent after the 2023 draft, and has spent portions of the past two seasons with the team as a member of its practice squad. He has not registered any regular season NFL snaps, but contributed in the preseason during 2023 and 2024.

The Rams signed Thomas as an undrafted free agent in 2022, and he played 23 snaps in two postseason games for L.A. last season, registering three pressures and two tackles, according to Pro Football Focus. He didn't play in the regular season prior to Week 18.
