President Donald Trump has pulled security clearances from 37 current and former intelligence officials who, according to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard , “have abused the public trust.”

Gabbard announced the revocation of the more than three dozen security clearances on Tuesday. The Trump-appointed head of the intelligence community accused the officials of politicizing or weaponizing intelligence to advance specific agendas, leaking classified intelligence without permission, failing to follow analytic tradecraft standards, and/or engaging in other conduct undermining national security.
