The practices of the concert promotion giant and owner of Ticketmaster, accused of inflating ticket prices and making it harder for independent venues to stay in business, are the subject of an antitrust lawsuit brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and dozens of state and district attorneys general (Maine not included).
But does that mean the city should prevent the entertainment company from opening a concert venue downtown?
