A new cocktail lounge is taking over a small space in Uptown, just above one of the city’s iconic seafood restaurants.

Caché, a New Orleans- and French-inspired cocktail lounge, will open Aug. 29 above S&D Oyster Company at 2701 McKinney Ave. The 600-square-foot space was previously unused office space.

With intimate seating for 35 guests, the new lounge will play off S&D’s legacy while offering an entirely new experience of food and beverage.
