When WW Clyde opened its southwest headquarters in Apache Junction this summer with 75 workers, it secured a spot on a list of the top 10 largest private-sector employers in the city based on the number of full-time employees.
The civil contractor specializing in highways, pipelines, mines and solar farms has been part of the Apache Junction community since 2020, when it acquired Blount Contracting. A recent and recognizable project WW Clyde has worked on in Apache Junction is Flatiron Park.
