At age 89, Dick Denton keeps winning trophies

Dick Denton started playing pool in high school, and after a long hiatus, started playing again after moving to Manteo in 1985. Earlier this month, at age 89, he logged another milestone in his long career by winning the 2025 Men’s Singles billiards tournament in his age group at the National Senior Games — while wearing an eye patch.
