An apartment complex in Bremerton traded hands recently. The Reserve at Blueberry Park, a 63-unit multifamily community, was bought for $13.4 million, or about $212,698 per unit, according to Kitsap County public records. The buyer was the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton, and the seller was an entity affiliated with Hamilton Urban Partners.

Located at 3280 Pine Rd NE, the property offers one- and two-bedroom units, according to Apartments.com. It was constructed in 1975. Among its features include a barbecue and picnic area, a community pea patch and private access to Blueberry Park.

Berkadia’s Brandon Lawler, Peter Dudunakis, Ben Johnson, David Sorensen, George Pallis and Kenneth Dudunakis were the brokers for the transaction.
