Scottsdale Fashion Week is kicking off the runway season with two casting calls.

Last year’s casting drew more than 200 applicants, with two ultimately chosen to debut on the Scottsdale Fashion Week stage, according to a press release.

This year’s selection committee includes prominent Arizona figures such as a Phoenix Suns Dancers coach, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, on-air personalities, seasoned stylists, and representatives from FORD/Robert Black Modeling Agency.

Casting call dates and locations are:

• Saturday, Aug. 23, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at Senna House Hotel + CALA Scottsdale, 7501 E. Camelback Road.

• Saturday, Aug. 30, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at Empire Scottsdale, 3625 N. Bishop Lane.
