Langley director Ani Kyd Wolf has been hired to direct a two-movie horror slate, featuring a cast of genre icons including Casper Van Dien, Bill Moseley, Michael Berryman and Kane Hodder, along with 1970s Bond girl Trina Parks.

Producer Nuala Quinn-Barton, Mania Entertainment and The Film Co-Operative signed musician, actor and director Kyd Wolf to direct Spawn of the Living Dead, written by John A. Russo, the co-creator of the seminal zomibe horror classic Night of the Living Dead, as well as lead Organism 46-B The Unseen, written by bestselling author Ted Lazaris.

“The ups and downs of the film industry can change so quickly. Between COVID and the strikes, we gained and lost momentum a few times but giving up was never an option,” said Kyd Wolf in an email to Postmedia.
