Perrie Edwards thought she was 'dying' before A&E dash

Perrie Edwards revealed her struggle with anxiety during a candid discussion on Fearne Cotton's Happy Place podcast. The 32-year-old, who rose to stardom on X Factor with girl group Little Mix in 2011, began suffering panic attacks 'randomly' several years ago while on a Las Vegas trip.

At the time, Perrie was certain she was actually experiencing a heart attack and dashed to A&E. In 2024, she told Fearne: "It's random but it started a good few years ago when me and the girls were in Vegas, so something happened and I'd just started experiencing like panic attacks out of nowhere.

"And it was really scary and I thought I was dying at the time, like, I thought I was having a heart attack."
