BOEING STRIKE | WEEK 3

ST. LOUIS — Striking area Boeing workers remained at odds with management this week, but formal talks with the company were set to resume Monday.

A spokesperson for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers said the two sides will pick up negotiations again Monday.

Boeing confirmed the news.

"We look forward to further conversations with the union and finding a path forward to end the strike and bring our team back to work," Dan Gillian, a Boeing vice president, said in a statement on Friday.

The news Friday followed big names visiting the picket line Thursday.

Brian Bryant, president of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, traveled to St. Louis to meet with striking workers.
