Phoenix police are asking for help in finding the person who shot a 45-year-old man this week near 7 th Street and Buckeye Road.

Porfirio Medina was found with at least one gunshot wound at about 10:45 p.m. Aug. 21. He died at a hospital, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest, police said.
