As H-E-B LP continues its expansion across Dallas-Fort Worth, the company is adding some real estate in Fort Worth to support the effort.
The San Antonio-based grocer plans to spend about $20 million finishing out a 139,000-square-foot industrial space at 6900 AWG Way in south Fort Worth, according to an Aug. 20 Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing .
Such filings are often preliminary and the information in them is subject to change, but they often reveal intentions of a company to build or lease new space.
The space is a general warehouse and storage space to support expansion across North Texas, H-E-B s
