Rezoning 0.62 acres to allow the construction of a new fourplex to replace one building is to be discussed at Tuesday’s Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

The commission meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Aug. 26, in the council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.

Hermelinda Pando of Hermelinda Properties LLC is seeking to rezone 282 N. Palo Verde Drive from medium density single-family detached residential to high density multiple-family residential by planned development and a minor general plan amendment from medium density residential to high density residential.
