The 2025 edition of San Angelo's annual Nita Vannoy Memorial Tournament concluded Saturday, August 23 in heartbreaking fashion for the Central Lady Cats. Head coach Julie Williams' team entered Saturday's competition undefeated after winning all three of Friday's Gold Division pool play matches versus Grape Creek, Alpine and Fort Stockton. The Lady Cats also entered the weekend as the two-time defending tournament champions.
