When a grandfather spotted a yellow parking ticket on his car, he assumed it was another fine, but instead, it turned out to be something far more sinister.

Rob Swaine, 68, believes he has been singled out for having his car parked in a bay near his home opposite HMP Liverpool on Hornby Road. He has reportedly raised the issue with Liverpool Council, but the situation has escalated as the former taxi driver received a disturbing message.

What seemed to be an official yellow parking penalty envelope, turned out to be a fake ticket with a nasty and threatening handwritten note inside. The anonymous ticket was left on Rob's windscreen right outside his house and read: "No parking here s***head. Be told."
