Back in June, Dairyland and its sister business Mid-Way Bakery moved out of 3rd Street Market Hall (275 W. Wisconsin Ave.). I haven’t gotten over it.
But life goes on, I guess. At the same time Dairyland’s departure was announced, its replacement was named – an ice cream/burger shop out of Minneapolis called Bebe Zito . And now that business has an opening date: Friday, Aug. 29.
The menu will offer the Bebe Burger, made with a beef and bacon patty; Honey Butter Chicken Sammy; Honey Butter Chicken Tendies; and cheese curds. Ice cream is the other arm in this business.
