A taser was used during Lil Nas X’s felony arrest in Los Angeles last week , according to police scanner audio from when the “completely nude” Grammy winner was taken into custody.

The roughly minute-and-a-half audio , obtained by TMZ, described the 26-year-old walking on Ventura Blvd. toward Universal Studios while “completely nude” in “the middle of the road” and eventually “running to the officers.”

“They’re requesting a use of force,” a dispatcher says.

An officer requests a supervisor and mentions a “use of force” before confirming that the individual is in custody. A noise can be heard in the background, which the outlet described as resembling that of a taser gun.

It then sounds as if the suspect asks whether officers know his name, before saying, “Nas.”
