A mixed-use asset adjacent to Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market has traded hands. The buyer was an entity affiliated with Spear Street Capital, and the seller was an entity affiliated with Seattle-based Unico and investment banking giant Morgan Stanley, which put the property on the market for sale earlier this year. King County public property records show the sales price was $60.1 million, or about $438 per square foot.

Market Place, a 137,855-square-foot boutique campus located at 2001 and 2003 Western Ave. in Seattle’s Waterfront submarket, combines Class A office space with ground-floor retail and a three-level, 412-stall parking garage.
