A multifamily development site in Seattle was sold recently. According to an announcement from Berkadia, a property known as The Greenwood was sold for $12.9 million. King County public records show the previous owner is an entity affiliated with Isola Communities, which had plans for a 200-unit apartment community at the site, according to the firm’s website.

Berkadia’s Mitchell Belcher, Steven Chattin, Jay Timpani, Chad Blenz and Brandon Lawler were the brokers for the deal.

Located at 415-425 N 85th St., the two-parcel land assemblage is situated in Seattle’s Greenwood. According to Berkadia’s announcement, the Greenwood Apartments is entering the final review stages for MUP-issuance for the development of 224 apartment units, featuring underground parking and 6
