PEA RIDGE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Pea Ridge man accused of holding his brother at gunpoint during an argument earlier this month has turned himself in to police, according to court documents.
Dakota Lewis, 20, was booked into the Benton County Detention Center for one count of aggravated assault on a household or family member on Aug. 24.
A probable cause affidavit filed on Aug. 26 said a Pea Ridge police officer responded to Blair Street around 10 p.m. on Aug. 20.
A woman called dispatch to report that her grandson, identified as Lewis, pulled a gun on her other grandson.
Once officers arrived on the scene, Lewis' brother told authorities that Lewis was running through the house and making noise.
The affidavit said Lewis pointed a gun at his brother and yelled at him to get on the grou
