ABC13 introduces Athlete of the Week, highlighting accomplishments of high school athletes from Houston area

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- ABC13 is excited to bring you a new segment highlighting the accomplishments of high school athletes from the Houston area.

Each week, ABC13 will recognize the accomplishments of one person for their great work both on and off the field/court, but we need your help.

Please nominate your favorite athlete and tell us why he or she is deserving of being our ABC13's Athlete of the Week, sponsored by Kelsey Seybold.
