FARGO — Winnipeg’s Landen Bourassa allowed one run in his five innings of work as Winnipeg beat Fargo-Moorhead 7-3 on Tuesday night in American Association baseball at Newman Outdoor Field.

Jose Sermo belted a solo homer for the RedHawks in the sixth inning. Aidan Byrne had a sacrifice bunt that scored Mikey Hallquist in the fifth. Dillon Thomas drove in his team-leading 50th RBI in the seventh.

Winnipeg manufactured three runs in the second inning. The Goldeyes scored three more in the sixth to take a 7-1 lead on RBI singles by Keshawn Lynch, Kevin Garcia and Jacob Robson.

Losing pitcher Kyle Crigger allowed six runs on nine hits in five innings. He struck out five.
