The depth of summer warmth seems to be a good time to discuss the many large lizards populating the greater-Seattle region.

They will be easy to recognize as you travel through the area.

At one theater, you will notice How to Train Your Dragon (who knew they could be trained?).

If you traverse the streets around Phinney Ridge, you may encounter a renovated Reptile Realm and its attendant Komodo Dragons, as well as a Dinosaur Discovery exhibit, all at the Woodland Park Zoo.

Finally, we are surrounded with visions of Jurassic Park: Rebirth. With all this reptilian activity around us, get on the bandwagon and theme-up your landscapes with a bit of climatically correct whimsey……
