LIHUE – Officer Arnold Cayabyab was recognized as Employee of the Month at the Kauai Police Commission meeting this morning for his outstanding investigative work and lasting contributions to public safety.

Officer Cayabyab, who is retiring next month, was honored for his role in two recent high-impact cases that led to the removal of illegal firearms and narcotics from the community.
