A trio of major developments are in the works in Wellington, potentially bringing more retail options, manufacturing jobs and housing to the small, but growing, Northern Colorado town.

The Wellington Business Center, a 95,000-square-foot, retail-focused mixed-use development, is set to break ground on the first phase of its development later this year, according to a news release from the town.
