Somerset to lower tax rate, but officials warn that bills may go up

The City of Somerset’s property tax rate will be going down, but that doesn’t necessarily translate into lower tax bills for land owners.

In fact, both Mayor Alan Keck and City Attorney John Adams warned many people may still see their bills go up.
