Associa CEO John Carona's 25-years vision to house the company's corporate groups under one roof became a reality mainly because of the pandemic.

An enormous amount of properties became available at lower prices as many businesses shifted to remote work, sparking an idea in his head.

"I saw an opportunity to be able to buy really top-quality office buildings at a fraction of what they had been valued at in previous years," Carona said. "That's what happened here. We bought both buildings and created a campus here. This complex came on the market at such a price that I knew it was far below replacement cost."
