Orange Beach Mayor Tony Kennon has been reelected once again as the mayor of Orange Beach despite recent claims that he misused a public building and was spotted naked on its balcony, allegedly hitting a woman.

Kennon got about 60 percent of the vote with 1,897 votes to 1,284 votes for challenger Jeff Boyd, city council president.

Kennon has admitted to being at the Coastal Resources building during the time of a police report made on Labor Day 2024, when a bartender nearby reported seeing a naked man holding a woman by the hair and punching her repeatedly. She later confirmed the man to be Tony Kennon.

Body cam footage of the incident has not been released, but audio leaked to C.C. Dixon-Moreno, an attorney living in Orange Beach who has sued for access to the body cam video. In the le
