GRAND FORKS — At the end of each practice, Henrik Sohn asks his UND women's soccer players to go all-out for five minutes.

It's a conditioning drill meant to simulate games.

Sohn, named the program's head coach in January, wants to change the team's mentality and bring an expectation of winning.

"We definitely got pushed to our limit," sophomore striker Charlie Basinet said, "which I like. It showed in all these games. We're blowing all these teams out and it feels really nice."

UND opened the season with a 6-0 win at McNeese State, the program's first road victory in nearly two full years.

The Fighting Hawks followed that up with wins against Prairie View A&M, Eastern Washington and the University of Jamestown.
