Every team in the NFL had to cut down to 53 players on Tuesday. Now, all of those players will have to go through the waiver process which makes them available to any team. However, while there were some big names released, few players will actually get cut. In 2023, only 2.5 percent of players cut were claimed by another team. The Los Angeles Rams will certainly hope for that to be the case for some of their roster cuts.

It’s worth noting that if a player is claimed off of waivers, that player must get signed directly to the team’s 53-man roster. They can’t be signed directly to the practice squad. Here is one player that was cut from each team that the Rams should consider signing.
