The Somerset Lady Jumpers competed in their All “A” regional tournament recently, with both of their golfers earning the opportunity to compete in the state tournament. Kamryn Cooper scored the highest individual score on the day, with her teammate Avery Branscum scoring the second-highest score.
Both of them also competed in the South Laurel Invitational, with Cooper scoring an 88 to finish 17th and Branscum scoring a 127 to place 73rd. Pulaski County also competed in this event, with Madeline Butcher scoring a 92 to finish 27th. Other finishers for the Maroons included Reagan New in 28th with a 93, Anna Ross in 75th with a 134 and Malia Bullock in 78th with a 141.
