With a four-vote margin, second place in the Prichard mayoral election is too close to call.

The city election on Tuesday, Aug. 26, ended with an unsettled runoff for its mayor’s office. While challenger Carletta Davis ended the day as the dominant leader in a crowded field of mayoral hopefuls, who she will face one-on-one Sept. 23 remains unclear.
