Applications are now being accepted for 122 affordable apartments for seniors at a new development next to Google’s Hudson Square headquarters . Located at 570 Washington Street, the 17-story building offers spacious units designed for residents ages 62 and older, with a slew of modern amenities to promote comfort, connection, and wellness. Applicants must have at least one household member age 62 or older, qualify for Section 8 benefits, and earn 50 percent of the area median income or less. Eligible New Yorkers will pay 30 percent of their income for the available studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
